I believe every individual should get the most out of each workout and through my 10 years of experience I have helped people achieve their goals and even accomplish things they never knew they could do. As an ex-professional athlete I believe that hard work and dedication will get you far. I find the hardest part is finding and believing in the reason for your hard work. Once found however, hard work without proper direction can be a wasted effort. I also believe in education, in order to properly do anything in life we must first understand how and why.

I’m the result of good personal training. I lost 150 unwanted pounds and it changed my life. I used 3 keys to personal fitness to accomplish this. I first found a belief in what I desired, I then gained support through shared belief with my trainer and I finally gained a vision and got the education, motivation and accountability it would take to reach my goals. I now work to help others understand and achieve their goals through these 3 keys to personal fitness.

As we age we all become less flexible, strong and mentally sharp. It’s my belief to keep a handle on all three of these areas through exercise, adequate rest, and a nutritionally well rounded diet. It’s an everyday process to keep these areas in check. To do this we need to implement a plan of action on a day to day process with an overall goal in mind.

Fitness has always been an important aspect in my life. To me, fitness is not always about losing a specific amount of weight or gaining a specific amount of muscle. The more important component of fitness is finding a healthy weight that you are most comfortable with. Fitness is about loving the skin you are in and being able to walk out of the
gym with confidence each and every day.
